3. Finance Applications

No Guarantee of Finance Approval: VehicleSA facilitates finance applications but does not guarantee that any finance application will be approved. Finance approval is at the sole discretion of the licensed finance providers who process your application.

Finance providers assess applications based on various factors including:

Income and employment status
Debt-to-income ratio
Vehicle value and loan-to-value ratio

By submitting a finance application through VehicleSA, you acknowledge that:

Approval is not guaranteed

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, VehicleSA and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to VehicleSA (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or R1,000, whichever is greater.
